Sale of assets is an economic and financial transaction that consists in the transfer of assets (immobilized or negotiable) to another enterprise. In periods of economic difficulties, this allows the seller to meet the need for liquidity. The assets registered on the balance sheet of the enterprise are distributed steadily to the activities of the new enterprise. 
In the investor's information system, the management of securities purchase and sale transactions includes the following functions:
  • Operations in the book of orders;
  • Delivery operations;
  • Registration of transactions on accounts.
Acquisition and sale of securities generates only one cash flow at the settlement date, which occurs depending on the markets, between 1 and 5 days after the date of negotiations. Repo implementation or securities lending is carried out through a delivery transaction with the transfer of ownership. With respect to the market, titles have changed, even if the transaction account takes into account its temporary nature.
Level01 is the first decentralized stock exchange, which operates entirely on the basis of blockchain of smart contracts and crypto-currencies. It is a peer-to-peer platform that uses artificial intelligence to create trade and calculations. 
The Level01 system is a trading platform for the securities market, which allows users to make financial transactions on Forex. Crypto-currency, commodity, commodity exchanges on a peer-to-peer basis, thereby eliminating third parties.

Level01 means making the securities market affordable for the retail consumer market. This will be done by creating a channel through which everyone can take advantage of the simple connectivity to work provided by digital currencies in a decentralized derivative market along with the transparency attributed to the blockchain technology. The Level01 team wants to create a fair, efficient field for trades, transparency will be provided by blockchain technology.
The work of brokerage trading platforms was complicated by problems with the trust of users. This is especially true of small, less well-known enterprises and one of the reasons for which more stringent regulations have been adopted with respect to the industry. 
The Level01 platform is designed as a hybrid system with a centralized over-the-counter trade 
price comparison / detection mechanism; and a chain transaction comparison system 
with verifiable transparent market data through third-party services. 
As technology owns time, Level01 is constantly working on improving technology that will provide better and more integrated solutions for the platform in speed, efficiency, functional flexibility and transparency.

The trading engine performs all the coordination and execution of services for users. It receives all the trading input parameters from the client application, and dynamically organizes, processes and outputs data in real time for viewing and interaction. 
So it dynamically displays option contracts according to the user's parameters, and prices derived from the FairSense algorithm. To facilitate transparency and a complete settlement on a blockchain, Level01 uses a developed process to sign a contract outside the blockchain, which allows users to pre-authorize the use of tokens from their wallets.
Using the advantages of artificial intelligence, the project team creates a convenient peer-to-peer derivative exchange, which evaluates objects based on history and verified statistics. The integrity of the system is impeccable and reliably protected from unauthorized access, thanks to blockchain technology. The project has a strong team, which will soon show the alpha version of the product - a mobile application for active and ongoing work. I did not find direct competitors to this project, the idea is interesting and will definitely be used by traders in the future. Thank you for attention.
